The “認同您關愛計劃” (I Recognize Your Care Program) is an initiative by the Lutheran Social Service Elderly Centre in Hong Kong, dedicated to supporting dementia patients, their families, and caregivers through resources, education, and community engagement.

Our Role:
I was responsible for the full website design and development, including:

UI/UX Design: Created a user-friendly, accessible interface tailored for elderly users, caregivers, and professionals. Focused on clear navigation, large typography, and intuitive information hierarchy.

Programming: Developed the website using modern web technologies, ensuring responsive design for desktop and mobile devices, and implementing interactive features for resource access and event registration.

Hosting & Deployment: Set up reliable web hosting and managed domain configuration, SSL security, and ongoing site maintenance to ensure high uptime and secure access.

Key Outcomes:

Delivered a visually appealing and functional website that effectively communicates program goals and resources.

Enhanced accessibility for the elderly community and caregivers.

Improved user engagement and participation in program activities.
