The ELCHK Elderly Centre Group participated in the Gerontech Expo to showcase their innovative programs, including smart rehabilitation solutions and digital elderly outreach projects. The booth needed to capture visitors’ attention, clearly present multiple service highlights, and provide an engaging, professional brand experience.

My Role & Responsibilities:

Key Visual Design: Developed the central visual concept and branding for the booth, ensuring strong presence and coherence across all display materials.

Printing Production: Coordinated and managed the production of all booth graphics, display panels, and signage.

Booth Setup: Supervised and executed on-site setup, ensuring all materials were installed accurately and effectively.

Design Highlights:

Eye-catching, energetic main visual featuring brand mascots, vivid color palette, and thematic elements (technology, elderly care, rehabilitation).

Large-format backdrops, panels, and standees to maximize visual impact and visitor flow.

Integration of QR codes and interactive elements for visitor engagement.

Cohesive branding linking various program initiatives (e.g., Hi-Touch, TANO, Smart Rehabilitation).

Impact:
The booth successfully attracted high visitor traffic, enhanced the organisation’s professional image, and facilitated meaningful engagement with the public and industry partners.
