Prudential customer day 2025

We delivered this customer event end-to-end at AIRSIDE (11/F) on Sat, 11 Oct, 13:00–17:00—owning strategy, creative, production and on-site ops. The concept riffs on a board-game journey to “health wins,” turning insurance and wellbeing topics into playful touchpoints. We crafted a cohesive visual system (logo lockup, key visual, stage/backdrop, booth set, signage and collateral) and built a smooth visitor flow linking talk theatre, consultation zones and gamified booths.

Program & Experience

Curated Special Talks (home safety, renovation pitfalls, kids’ nutrition, TCM body balance) with a moderated format and audience Q&A.

Experience Zones: Free health consultation, free renovation consultation, game booths, snack corner, vaccine & supplement offer counter, gift redemption.

Family-friendly details: photo spots, stamp-card mechanics, lightweight queueing system, and accessibility-first routing.

Our Scope

Event strategy, run-down, speaker coordination and show-calling

Creative direction, copy, illustration and board-game–inspired KV

Spatial planning: zoning, crowd flow, wayfinding, safety & compliance

Fabrication: stage set, counters, decals, props; venue liaison & permits

AV & content: screen graphics, motion loops, walk-in/out stings, mic & lighting plots

Staffing & ops: registration, ushers, stage manager, concierge, vendor management

On-site photography/videography and post-event highlights package

Result: a compact, upbeat half-day that made health education approachable while showcasing Generali’s family-care proposition through engaging design and meticulous execution.
