The HKU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Event is a major initiative organized by The University of Hong Kong to foster creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit among students, faculty, and the wider community. The event features keynote speeches, workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities for startups and innovators.

Our Role:
We were responsible for multiple aspects of event production and design, including:

Event Key Visual Design: Developed the main visual theme for the event, ensuring a modern, innovative, and cohesive look across all materials.

Item Modification: Adapted and modified design assets for various event items, such as banners, backdrops, name tags, and digital screens.

On-show Management: Assisted in on-site event operations, coordinating setup and ensuring smooth execution during the event.

Audio Environment: Supported the setup and optimization of the event’s audio system to ensure clear and high-quality sound throughout the venue.

Event Printing Production: Oversaw the printing process for all event materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Outcomes:

Elevated the overall visual and experiential quality of the event.

Ensured seamless on-site execution and a positive attendee experience.

Supported HKU’s mission to inspire and empower future innovators.
